To create a user account for Ez4file on Windows 2003 server:

• Click on Start -> Administrative Tools -> Computer Management to bring up Computer Management window

• In Computer Management, expand Local Users and Groups under System Tools

• Right click on Users and select New User... on pupop menu to bring up New User dialog

• Enter ef_user as User name, set up the password, and select Password never expires, then click Create

• Now the Computer Management window should show ef_user in the user list

• Double click on ef_user to bring up ef_user Properties window, and move to Member Of tab

• The ef_user should belong to Users group, you can add more other group as needed to access folders and files.

• Click OK to save ef_user Properties.
