Here are detailed instructions on compiling EasyHTTP in Visual Basic 6 (we assume that you use Windows NT 4 which is installed on "D" drive):

1. Selecting Project Type

   When you start VB, New Project Dialog appears. Select "Standard EXE" under tab "New".

   

2. Adding MS WinSock Control

   Select "Components..." in the "Project" Pulldown menu, Components dialog appears.

   

3. Select Add Form in the Project pulldown menu to add "easyhttp.frm" into the project.

4. Setting up Project Properties:

   Select "Project Properties..." from "Project" pulldown menu, Project Properties dialog box appears. All required settings are shown in following two pictures:

   

   

5. Compile it to EasyHTTP.exe.
