Standard Edition. The license is defined in the License Agreement for Ez4file Products (Standard Edition). One license is for a single computer for commercial gain or in connection with business operations (such as MIS or other business systems) for the total of users, including administrators, no more than 100, additional user licenses may be purchased separately.

After Ez4file Standard Edition installed, the additional user licenses can be added to allow more users to use the service. When the user licenses reaches 500, Ez4file Standard Edition will automatically convert the user licenses into unlimited user lincese.

The Standard Edition cannot be distributed without the permission from D.M.F. Systems, Corporation.

The Trial Version of Ez4file Standard Edition is provided separately. The Trial Version has all functionalities with unlimited user licenses. But it is restricted for 30 days trial only.

Personal Edition. The license is defined in the License Agreement for Ez4file Products (Personal Edition). One license is for a single computer for personal purpose. The Ez4file Personal Edition allows 30 users (including both user and administrator accounts) to be defined.

The registration is required after 30 days trial period for the Personal Edition.

The Personal Edition can be upgraded to Standard Edition, during the process of upgrading, all executables for Personal Edition will be replaced but your data will not be affected.
